An Intimate Styled Elopement

Nestled near the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain, this intimate styled elopement overlooked the gorgeous Warwick Valley where a team of the most wonderful local vendors came together to create this perfectly styled day. The day was filled with boho-vintage vibes, whimsical florals and soft elements with pops of gold!
Micro Weddings and Adventure Elopements are not new concepts, but they are growing even more popular this year as the pandemic has negatively impacted weddings across the globe.
A Micro Wedding is an intimate gathering with around 30 - 50 guests. The couple gets to celebrate with just their inner most circle of family and friends.
An Adventure Elopement is when the couple goes off, typically to a secluded location whether it be the beach or the mountains - with just their core team; an officiant, photographer and 1 or 2 witnesses, it’s usually around 10 people total, at the most.
There are so many advantages of doing either a Micro Wedding or Elopement! The stresses of planning a huge day for hundreds of guests to enjoy are gone and the couple can plan a day that is all about them! These options also comply with the small gathering guidelines and restrictions that are so prevalent right now. Rather than postponing their large wedding for another year or more; many couples are choosing to downsize their guest list and hosting a Micro Wedding. Downsizing does not have to mean downgrading! There will be a very significant cost saving in minimizing your guest list, which can allow you to maximize on your wedding plans - you can now have your dream decor, flowers, dress and team of vendors! My favorite part of these times of weddings is that they allow for a more relaxed timeline that typically gives us much more time to create amazing portraits with the couple! We can adventure out to unique spots and make some beautiful memories!
