Sarah + Tom | Crossed Keys Estate, NJ Wedding

Meant to be was a theme that kept arising during my time of getting to know Sarah and Tom as well as during their wedding day. The way these two met included so many stars aligning… it’s a comical story that starts off with a hit and run bus accident that led to a blind date and ends in a happily ever after!
One of things that I really loved about being a part of Sarah and Tom’s day was seeing their families so seamlessly coming together. As a photographer it’s my job to be observing and capturing everything thats going on around me on the wedding day and I’ve learned to really read the vibes of the room and the people that are involved in all of the different aspects… and their families were a true show of unity, support, love and lots of laughter!
I loved during the parent dances that Sarah danced not only with her own Father, but with Tom’s Dad as well. And Tom did the same; sharing a dance with his Mother first and then with Sarah’s Mom, and I just thought it was the sweetest thing and something I don’t think I’ve ever seen done before in the hundreds of weddings I have been a part of.
It was such a joy getting to be a part of this wedding day! I absolutely loved the Crossed Keys Estate venue; it boasts so many unique little nooks and backdrops that are perfect for photos and it allowed us to get a lot of variety in our shots!

Cass was Amazing!


We met with Cassondre, and immediately fell in love with her work and knew she would be the one to capture all of our special moments! She is extremely professional and out of this world kind. Her passion for capturing the perfect moment is truly shown in her work. She is extremely organized which made booking with her a breeze. Shortly after our initial meeting, Cassondre did our engagement shoot and was so comfortable to work with. Cassondre makes you feel like a life-long friend is shooting your pictures so much so that our smiles came naturally. We can honestly say we have never had so much fun having pictures taken. From her genuinely endearing personality to her dedication and professionalism, choosing her was a no-brainer. As an added bonus, Cassondre was unfazed by our two less-than-cooperative dogs and was still able to incorporate them into our engagement shoot. She made our wedding day run seamlessly and was extremely accommodating with special picture requests. Cassondre was super quick to provide us sneak peaks of both of our shoots, giving us a taste of her beautiful work. Soon after, we received our full galleries which are remarkable. I’m not sure how she made our bridal party and family members look like they’re out of a GQ magazine, but I’m not one to question it. She is sincerely an incredible person to work with, and it was quite honestly our pleasure to have her be a part of our big day. Thank you Cassondre, for allowing us to relive the sheer bliss of our wedding day every time we look at our pictures.
